Can you take care of a plumbing problem and an HVAC problem in the same visit?
Often, yes. Tell us about both when you call. If the two jobs need different technicians, we’ll try to schedule them for the same day so you only have to be home once.
How are residential permit fees figured in Stafford County?
Stafford bases residential building permit fees on the value of the job: a $62 minimum for work up to $2,000, plus $18 for each additional $1,000. Trade permits tied to a residential building permit are charged the same way, per the County’s fee schedule effective July 1, 2024. We’ll tell you up front if your job needs a permit.
Do you work on plumbing in homes with a private well?
Yes, for the plumbing inside your home and for water treatment options. Let us know you’re on a well when you call. Well drilling and well pump work are specialty jobs, so ask and we’ll tell you whether that’s work we handle.
