Actions we are taking regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic

Dear Friends,

As Robert B. Payne, Inc’s customers continue to feel the impact of COVID – 19 (Coronavirus), we must communicate Robert B. Payne, Inc’s approach to our community’s situation. Importantly, please take note of the following three things:

  • Robert B. Payne, Inc’s priority is the health and well-being of our customers, our employees and the community we serve.
  • Robert B. Payne, Inc.  provides services that are vital to sustaining our customers’ health and comfort; and
  • Robert B. Payne, Inc will maintain the highest level of compliance with guidance from recognized authorities in the medical community and from government agencies.

As conditions surrounding COVID – 19 continue to progress, we will act with concern for the greater good of our customers and our employees and their families. In so doing, we will continue to make decisions based on the information provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), local government health agencies and our local health care providers.

Accordingly, we have taken several precautionary steps in response to the evolving public health situation. We have and will continue to disinfect our facility and service vehicles. Additionally, at every customer visit, our field personnel will sanitize hands, wear gloves and shoe covers and avoid personal contact. (Sorry this means our friendly team members will not be shaking hands until further notice.) Finally, our employees have been instructed to follow guidelines from the CDC to determine their work schedules – that is to stay at home if you don’t feel well and quarantine for 14 days if you have known contact with a person infected with COVID – 19.

We would also like for you to think about how you can minimize the risk to the Robert B. Payne, Inc. team. If you, or a loved one, are not feeling well on a scheduled service day, please give us a call and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment for another day. This will assist us in keeping our team and community healthy.

Finally, if necessary, Robert B. Payne, Inc will take any additional steps required to ensure that we are protecting our customers, employees and the general public. So, until this global health threat passes (and it will), please understand that your Robert B. Payne, Inc experience may look and feel a little different as we navigate through this time together. That said, please rest assured our highest concern is well-being as we continue to provide our services in these challenging circumstances.
